Here we go...

Oh my gosh... I started a blog. This is "thebestmeandyou" blog. A place for fabulous friends to share and give each other great support in becoming the best "me", whatever that means to you.

I am looking for support as I start on losing the next 20 pounds...well first I want to start with 10-15, which will put me into the 150s. Yeah!! I would like to make as much progress as possible before school is over on June 18th. So that's my story at this moment to be the best me.
